Headed up by Iain Murray and Nick Foley, our highly qualified, hand-picked team (currently comprising over 50 professionals) all share a common passion and goal: to deliver outstanding service and quality – whether their contribution happens on-site or in the office.

Iain Murray, Managing Director
Iain is a highly experienced and qualified horticulturalist whose love of the land stems back to a childhood spent on a dairy farm in rural Victoria. After completing an apprenticeship in Horticulture in 1991, Iain returned to the farm for a year before beginning his career with a Melbourne-based landscape construction company. He joined Kirwan Group Services in 1992, eventually becoming Administration Manager.
In 1996, Iain started Australian Landscaping Services which evolved into Ausland Landscaping in July 2000. Over the past two decades, Iain’s exceptional industry knowledge and expertise has seen Ausland grow into one of Melbourne’s most respected and trusted commercial landscaping providers.
Iain is very much involved in the day to day running of the company, and oversees our Commercial Landscape Construction division.
Nick Foley, Operations Manager
Nick’s enthusiasm for numbers is matched by his passion for plants, and he holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning as well as a Diploma of Horticulture. Nick joined Ausland in 2003 and as part-owner of the business, he heads up our Maintenance division and expertly handles contract management, tendering and financial reports.
